- Youth Advisory Council to fund TIU’s Project YES programs

- Parent Child Home Program. $480,000 over four years to the TIU to fund Even Start, Head Start, programs in the Mifflin County Library and Mifflin County School District

- $150,000 to CTC and Children & Youth to fund a Parent Support Group facilitated by Clear Concepts, expand TIU’s Parent-Child Home Program, and to write a monthly Parenting Newsletter

- 2007-2008: $100,000 + $125,000 in-kind match to fund CTC coalition building and drug-free community activities

- $20,000 + $2,222 cash match for 1 year to CTC to fund our community coalition prevention activities
PA Commission on Crime and Delinquency: Research-based Violence and Delinquency Prevention Programs (2007 - 2011)
- $336,261 + $96,806 in-kind match in order to fund the Second Step After-School Program, which will be implemented by the TIU with the Mifflin County School District and the LUMINA Center
Parents Supporting Parents Support Group (2007 - 2008)
- $3,200 cash donation to fund this support group for anyone who is raising children
